The Gen San Experience
Just arrived from General Santos, South Cotabato last Sunday, December 11. Was there to give a talk to teachers in a seminar conference that was held at the Notre Dame of Dadiangas College. I must say that the place is nice, and the people are very hospitable. And of course, one must not forget that the place is a haven for tunas. Name any cut of tuna, and for sure the place have it. Want some tuna ham? Hotdog? Nuggets? Tocino? Yes, they have them all. Amazing place, amazing people, amazing foods. Want some tuna siopao?
