On Collision

I’m now remembering the song ‘When Love and Hate Collide’ by Def Leppard of our time for no particular reason.  Yes, love is a wonderful feeling; hate, never.  If you once experienced the feeling (or currently going through this), just remember that perhaps the problem lies not on you – but on the person causing you this some sort of confusion.  It’s always a major concern when happiness now slowly transforms to sadness, when sweetness now turns to bitterness, and when once pleasant memories now quickly fade into nothingness.  In one blink, gone maybe are the sweetest days of our lives.

In the course of one serious conversation, a close friend once confided that perhaps ‘love is a matter of decision’.  Maybe.  And if I may add, ‘so is hate’.

Roll Out The Barrel

Late as it may seem, just want to say ‘thank you’ to all the people who greeted and congratulated me the past couple of weeks.  For that kinda ‘not-so-big’ tarpaulin (that was placed at the CAS fence, good grief!) that seemingly had a life of its own (whatta pix!), I must say that whoever masterminded that, it was indeed one hell of a surprise.  Really…

To all my students who somehow made bola along the way, hey, perhaps this sort of thing happens only once in a blue moon.  So I’d take this moment anytime.  Carpe diem!  Hahaha! Let’s roll out the barrel…
